Services

We provide assistance and supervision of personal tasks of day to day living to enable participants to live as autonomously as possible.  The service may includes support with hygiene, dressing, communications and lifestyle support. 

This service assists participants with complex daily personal activities. Such as complex bowel care, wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy management, nasogastric and PEG feeding management, and diabetic care. 

We provide transport to and from destinations. Taking to appointment or day to day activities.

This service assists participants to develop and maintain important life skills such as learning about public transport, resumes, taxes, saving skills, social Skills, physical activity skills etc.

We provide community nursing supports to participants which require higher levels of care assistance. This includes but is not limited to incontinence assessment, catheter (IMC, IDC, and SPC) insertion and replacement, complex wound care, complex bowel care and injection of medications.

This service usually involves advanced care by an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN).

We provide cleaning, gardening, basic indoor & outdoor maintenance, linen and food preparation.

We take participants into the community for shopping, appointments, general outings and more.
